Programs for Older Adults 55+

Are you or someone you know 55 years of age or above? Find out about Hamilton’s wide range of programs tailored for older adults!

Presented by our Settlement team and YWCA Hamilton, this session will introduce you to community programs, fit for your lifestyle.

Whether you enjoy fitness, crafting, social activities and beyond, you can get connected to programs that suit your interests in a welcoming environment. Come join us!
