WorkLink – Artificial Intelligence for Workplace Communication

Learn how the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help you excel in the workplace!

In this part-time online course, participants will:

  • Learn about generative AI Text tools
  • Explore the benefits and limitations of generative AI tools for writing and pronunciation practice
  • Practice basic greetings and introductions using a pronunciation app with AI feedback

ELIGIBILITY: Permanent residents, Convention refugees and Protected Persons with CLB 4 or higher.
