WorkLink – Launch a Career in Hospitality

Our 7-week WorkLINK course provides the language, training, and skills you need to start a career in the hospitality industry, including roles such as housekeeping, room attendants, wait staff, kitchen staff, and café helpers!

In this course you will:

  • Enhance your English communication skills
  • Learn specific language for the hospitality industry
  • Understand different roles, their duties and requirements
  • Receive personalized one-on-one employment support

Plus, earn training and certifications:

  • Workers Health and Safety Awareness
  • AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act)
  • Customer Service Training
  • Food Handler’s Certificate
  • Conflict Resolution
  • WHMIS
