Mind Matters: Everyday Tools to Support Mental Health and Wellbeing

Come together for an interactive and supportive session dedicated to emotional well-being and resilience in collaboration with ConnexOntario. 

“Mind Matters” provides a safe environment for participants to explore emotional well-being, share their experiences, and discover practical strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and other related challenges.

In this session, participants will: 

  • Understand the importance of mental health and its impact on wellbeing
  • Learn stress management techniques and emotional regulation
  • Participate in interactive activities and group discussions
  • Discover resources to support mental wellness in your daily life
