Employment Training Course: Customer Service Communication Skills
Ready to Master the Language of Customer Service?
Our WorkLink program equips job seekers with the skills and industry-specific certifications needed to thrive in the workforce!
In our 7-week evening course, “Customer Service Communication Skills”, participants will:
- Learn retail & customer service-specific language and terminology.
- Explore tasks and responsibilities.
- Complete workplace safety and preparedness training.
The course will run from January 13th to February 27th, 2025, on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Eligibility: Permanent residents, Convention Refugees and Protected Persons with CLB 4 or higher.
