WorkLink – Customer Service for the Financial Service Industry

Interested in entering the financial service industry? Learn essential skills for customer service roles within the financial service industry in our next WorkLink course!

In this 7-week program you will:

  • Understand the financial industry and types of business within the sector
  • Discover different working environments
  • Explore potential employment opportunities
  • Enhance your communication skills

Program Components:

  • Occupation-specific language instruction
  • Health and Safety certifications
  • Personalized one-on-one employment support

Permanent Residents, Convention Refugees/Protected Persons
