Information Session: Your Rights At Work!

November 6 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Are you a refugee claimant looking to understand your rights in the workplace? Join us for an engaging and informative session in partnership with Solidarity Place, to learn about your rights under the Employment Standards Act.

The session will cover:

  • Hours of Work and Overtime
  • Wage Requirements
  • Time Off Work (including vacation and leaves)
  • Rules for Temporary Workers
  • Termination of Employment

Eligibility: Refugee claimants with a valid work permit.
