YWeConnect Program in Partnership with YWCA

Newcomers can connect with others in the community while learning tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Explore a number of topics related to health and wellness such as movement, mental health, nutrition, self-care and more! Sessions will be led by a YWCA Health and Wellness Supervisor.
