IWC LINC Program Earns Platinum in CommunityVotes Hamilton Language Course Award!
We are excited and honoured to share that the Immigrants Working Centre (IWC) has been named the Platinum level award winner of the CommunityVotes Hamilton Awards under the “Language Courses” category!
For numerous decades, IWC has provided language services to newcomers. From our humble beginnings, we’ve been fortunate to expand our language services across three of our four locations, now supporting over 500 students each year. Â

Our language team shows their commitment daily, supporting students with their reading, writing, listening and speaking skills, from Literacy Levels to CLB 7. Whether their goal is to enhance their English for their job search or communicate more easily in their daily lives, we are honoured to be a part of their journeys.
We remain committed to providing inclusive and supportive language and support services for newcomers settling into their new homes. As we celebrate this achievement, we want to thank the community members who voted for us and our clients, partners and team who make the work we do possible.
